This time, we’ve decided to discuss the following:
Qualitative Customer Feedback and NPS – how to collect it, what to do with it, what tools to use?
The agenda for the event will follow these approximate guidelines:
17:30 – Doors open: Arrival, snacks, office tour
18:00 – Topic-related presentation (Kristian Klausen, Head of CS at Airtame)
18:30 – Pizza and beer (soda) break
19:00 – 2nd presentation (TBA)
19:30 – Workshop
20:00 – Presentations and Q&A
20:30 – Networking and more pizza/beer
