Customer Success Network is a not-for-profit community for Customer Success Professionals. Pioneering in Nairobi, this is an informal monthly catch up for individuals of all levels to meet, discuss challenges and drink coffee.
We welcome individuals looking to plug into a community, gain more knowledge and as an added bonus have access to insights and research in the industry. Our vision is that through the community every customer success professional has someone to ask for help. We’d like to help you feel this is the place to get the support you need to be the best CSM you can be.
PS: Please get tickets only for yourself. We’ve set the ticket as one per person because we find people who arrange their own ticket are more likely to turn up.
