Customer Success Cafe, Norwich

Welcome to the East Anglia Customer Success Cafe!

This is an informal catch up for Customer Success Managers of all levels to meet, discuss challenges and share experiences over a coffee and a bite to eat.

Based on our initial discussions on the challenges facing CSMs in our East Anglia region, this meetup session will focus on Customer Success As A Culture. We will use this session to dive straight into this topic, working together to provide support & solutions for the issues facing us individually. Come prepared with burning questions, data or resources that we can share, and use to build a knowledge base, to drive the Customer Success acumen of our group!

Within easy reach of the A47 and A11, this CS Cafe East Anglia will be held in Norwich at the cafe in the Enterprise Centre, UEA. A free park and ride service to the UEA from Longwater is available. Limited parking is also available onsite – please contact us if you would like to reserve one.
