Customer Success Academy

So more information is added. The Customer Success Academy will be held on Tuesday the 28th of November at the Hotelschool The Hague, Amsterdam campus. 

After a dinner at the hotelschool we will start at 19:00 with two presentations, both followed by a discussion of a challenge. The topics will be:

How to automate but keep the human touch?
(Rien Brus, Global Vice President of Customer Strategy at Aegon) 
How to measure customer success?
(Customer Success Manager at Adobe)

At 21:00 we will be finished and there will be drinks until 21:30. 

We have decided that we will work with invitations. To make sure that we have an interesting mix of experience and knowledge during the discussions.
