CSN Cafes are designed for Customer Success Professionals of all levels (including those who want to get into the industry) to meet, discuss challenges and share best practices in the industry.
For our next café in Dublin we will be getting together in person on June 22nd at Slattery’s Pub in D4 starting at 6pm. During this event we will start by bringing together some of the top Customer Success minds from around Ireland to talk about how we show the value of Customer Success during an economic downturn like the one we are facing today. Join Daphne Costa Lopes (HubSpot), Peter Lyon (eDesk), Sally Donaldson (StreamNative), and Ezra Zimbler (LinkedIn) as we discuss the current economic situation and the impact on Customer Success.
