Digital Success Breakfast: how to build customer health scores?

Whether you are working in a large organization or in a small start-up, tracking your customers health is key to your success. Customer health scores help you in particular to prioritize your accounts, manage your time effectively and predict churn.
David Jessup, Associate Director of Customer Success at Sprinklr, and Shachar Avrahami, Product Manager at EverAfter AI, will join this panel to share their experience as well as best practices. David will talk us through how the CS team at Sprinklr tracks key metrics to manage Enterprise accounts. Shachar will explain to us how to move from a ‘sentiment’ model to a more predictive, data driven approach and how he has built and monitored a predictive customer health model at Verbit.
