The Customer Success Network team is growing! We are extremely excited to introduce some new faces and well needed additional hands so that we can continue to keep the Community your space for learning, networking and developing your career as Customer Success professionals. Please give a very warm welcome to…

EZRA ZIMBLER – Community Manager
Ezra is very excited to join the CSN as your Community Manager. Building community and Customer Success are two of his passions and he can’t wait to bring them together in this role. He is really looking forward to hearing from all of you about your experience with the network and how the team can work to make this experience even better. In his day job, he is a Sr. Talent Insights Consultant at LinkedIn. In this role, he works with the UK market to ensure their success using Talent Insights, which is LinkedIn’s data platform. He has been in the Customer Success space for six years, and this is his third different role and second office during his time at LinkedIn. Originally from upstate New York in the United States, he started his professional career in New York City, where he spent seven years before moving to his current home in Dublin. A fun fact: he was a Sports Management major at the University of Michigan and worked for both the New York Mets and Kansas City Chiefs after college!

ISABEL RUIZ – Onboarding Lead
Isabel Ruiz is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Pluralsight. With 8 years of experience working with leading companies in the SaaS industry, she has been a relationship builder with customers in the SMB space across EMEA. Now as the newly appointed Onboarding Lead, her main goal is to welcome new members in our community and to provide them with an engaging experience from day one, by providing key information and resources about the community. She will collaborate closely with the Community Manager & Leadership. Success at Scale, Retention Marketing, and digital journeys are the main topics of interest to her but on the side, you can talk to her about Japan and cute stationery!

ALICE BRUEGGER – Webcast Lead
Alice Bruegger is a Customer Success Manager at Slack. Normally based in London, she is currently in Somerset, where she’s spent most of the past year with family. Starting out as a consultant at Accenture, specializing in Change Management, she has now been at Slack for the past 3.5 years. Alice says she’s most excited about the opportunity to build on the fantastic Webcast Series. Live, interactive discussions about Customer Success is one of the best ways for us to develop and learn from one another, and especially with the shift to remote working, she sees webcasts as becoming an ever more important channel to learn & connect across our networks. Outside of work, Alice keeps busy with her dog called Goji, a small Border Terrier!

GRACE FULLER – Master Class Lead
Grace grew up in Kerry, which is located on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way, but currently resides in the vibrant city of Dublin. It was here she started her customer success journey in a start-up SaaS company. Submerged in all things SaaS, she quickly became hooked on customer success as a philosophy to drive predictable growth and business strategy companywide. She loves helping clients achieve their business outcomes through technological innovation.
Outside of the office, Grace enjoys reading, cooking, the great outdoors, and traveling. Some of her best memories are in the countries of Italy, Nepal, Guatemala, and Colombia. She has been volunteering with the Customer Success Network for over two years as the Country Lead for Ireland and in her role she co-facilitates informal cafes to share challenges and key learnings. She is delighted to now move into the role of Master Class Lead. Grace believes that the Customer Success Network is a fantastic community to share experiences, connect and learn from others in the industry. She believes that it has helped her to develop her skillset and strengths while making some lifelong friends along the way! A fun fact about Grace is that she helped a friend shoot a documentary in a remote part of Nepal! The people and culture left a huge imprint on her, and she cannot wait to return some day when it is safe to travel again!
